Reasonable Remuneration
A publicly listed company seeking shareholder approval for an increase in their remuneration pool wanted to have a Independent opinion on whether their proposal represented 'Reasonable Remuneration' for the purpose of section 211 of the Corporations Act 2001.
Sherwood Love & Associates provided an independence opinion and worked with the Board on the proposal put to shareholders.

In this assignment Sherwood Love & Associates worked with the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee of a publicly listed company to enhance the presentation of the Company's remuneration practices and programs which led to better shareholder engagement.
'First Strike' Remuneration Review
Following a 'first strike' the client engaged Sherwood Love & Associates to undertake a detailed review of remuneration structures and amounts. The assignment also involved the preparation of a detail written Remuneration Policy.
Private Family Office Remuneration Review and Human Resource Services
The private office of a high net worth family requested a review of their existing remuneration frameworks and a recommendation for the implementation of a performance based remuneration program. The assignment included the introduction of a performance management system and on-going service relative to the administration and operation of an executive remuneration program.
